Mary Damas
VP Recruiting & Employee Engagement
My background in the mortgage services industry and my strength in driving processes through leadership ensure best practices in our daily operation, leading to identify the best fit for both prospective candidates and ServiceLink. If you are an experienced industry professional actively looking to write the next chapter in your career book, or just want to see what’s out there, we’d be happy to hear from you!

Chris Walker
Talent Acquisition Manager
At its core, I believe Talent Acquisition is about discovering hidden potential and forecasting greatness. Anyone can look at a resume to see what a person has done in the past. To find the best talent, you must be able to look beyond a resume to see what a person is capable of in the future.

Marikay Jung
Corporate Recruiter
The best recruiting outcome is the creation of a win-win relationship. Finding talent that “fits” and contributes to the achievement of business goals while at the same time meeting a candidate’s career objective is both challenging and fun.

Rachel LaBorde
Corporate Recruiter
Recruiting is not just about filling open positions, it’s about making connections with people, I am passionate about recruiting and look forward to working with you!

Brian Stahl
Recruiting Coordinator
Pursuing a new career opportunity can often feel like leaving things up to fate, but I’ve always felt that fate is equal parts choice and chance. Choose to take a chance on yourself, and let’s see where we can take you.

Sherri Ferris
Employee Engagement Manager
Employee Engagement is not only about building programs and initiatives that connect employees to their work and each other; it’s also about seeing the true value in each person. When you provide a culture where employees feel empowered and are given the tools to have a successful and satisfying career, the results are positive for both the employee and organization.

Erica Restich
Inclusion Program Manager
The best part about my role is working with our employees to ensure they’re having a great experience at our organization.
We are committed to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace where our employees come to work excited and can thrive every day.

Paula Glass
Employee Engagement Programs Coordinator
In my role, I am committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing and innovative work environment and providing encouragement and support for all employees within our organization. My goal is to support our company precept that each person is an integral part of our company’s mission toward continued success.
