With EXOS Inspect, a ServiceLink technology, you can collect the home inspection data your lender needs to make a lending decision – whenever is convenient for you. By using EXOS Inspect, you eliminate the need to have an inspector come to your home. The app’s built-in data security features enable you to conduct your home inspection confidently and securely.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you download the app, you’ll simply answer a few questions about your home and take videos of its interior and exterior.

The app guides you through every step of the process, ensuring that you provide the necessary information to get your loan funded quickly. Please complete your home inspection in the next 24 hours: it takes just 20 minutes or less.

What kind of device do I need?

EXOS Inspect is available for Apple or Android devices.

How long will the process take me?

The home inspection process takes 20 minutes or less.

What kind of home data will I be expected to provide?

You will need to submit videos of each room of your home, as well as its exterior. You will also need to answer some simple questions about your home – including noting any recent renovations, damage, number of rooms, etc.

Why do you need to access the location of my device?

EXOS Inspect needs to confirm the location of the information being provided to ensure the accuracy of the videos being captured.  The app will record the date, time and location of each video being captured and submitted.

How do I know if the video I submitted provides the views my lender needs?

If your lender or appraisers need you to retake videos, you will be prompted via an email or text message notification.

What kind of loans are eligible for EXOS Inspect?

Your lender determines which loans are eligible for EXOS Inspect.  There are several factors that the lender will review to determine if EXOS Inspect can be used.

How does ServiceLink/EXOS protect my data?

ServiceLink/EXOS ensures your data is encrypted to bank-level security standards.

What happens after I submit my property data?

After you submit your data, your lender and appraiser will be able to review it to provide the valuation necessary for your home loan.

How will you be using the information that I provide?

The data is securely passed to the appraiser and/or lender and will be used to complete the valuation necessary for your desired home loan.

What if I don’t know the answers to the questions being asked?

It’s ok.  If you don’t know the answers to the questions, just leave the answer blank and we will do our best to research your home to get the answer.
