Chris Azur is the CEO of ServiceLink, responsible for the overall performance of the organization and support for its leadership in the mortgage services industry.
Miriam Moore is the Division President of Default Services for ServiceLink. In this role, she is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Loss Mitigation Title, Pre-Foreclosure Title, REO Title & Close, ASAP, Process Solutions and Field Services groups, as well as the expansion of default products and services to meet servicers’ strategic needs.
Dave Steinmetz is the Division President of Origination Services for ServiceLink. In his role, Dave has overall management, performance and financial responsibility for all of ServiceLink’s origination-focused businesses including Originations Title and Close, Valuations, Joint Ventures and Flood.
As General Counsel of ServiceLink, Marcus brings 17 years of legal experience to the organization and has served as legal counsel to ServiceLink since 2008.
David Holland is the Chief Financial Officer for ServiceLink. In this role, David is responsible for the overall financial management of ServiceLink, including financial planning and analysis; business unit and corporate controllership, internal and external reporting; policy and internal controls; operational treasury; financial systems, as well as certain shared services including HR, facilities and recruiting.
As Senior Vice President and Senior Risk Executive of ServiceLink, Michael Pyle is responsible for the implementation and adherence of the company’s risk program and policies. In this role, Michael works diligently with compliance and governance, while maintaining strong and consistent risk management practices across businesses, geographies and employees.
Daniel B. Sogorka
Dan Sogorka is the President of EXOS Technologies, ServiceLink’s newest business unit. In this role, Dan is responsible for leading EXOS Technologies’ mission of digitizing mortgage services by commercializing ServiceLink’s industry leading technology and providing it on an enterprise basis to the entire mortgage industry. Additionally, Dan serves as Executive Vice President, Sales and Strategy, for ServiceLink’s sales organization.
Kiran Vattem is the Executive Vice President, Chief Digital & Technology Officer for ServiceLink. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s overall technology and product strategy/roadmap as well as all software architecture and development, including EXOS. Kiran joined the company in 2006.
