What benefits does Servicelink offer its employees?

Does ServiceLink promote from within? How often are performance reviews completed?

ServiceLink is committed to the development of all of its employees and recognizes the efforts of those who emulate the company Corporate Precepts through Annual Performance Reviews and succession planning.

I have a friend or family member that referred me to ServiceLink. Do I still have to apply?

All candidates are required to complete an application. This ensures that every candidate is fairly considered for employment. Be sure to indicate the name of your referral when you apply.

If I only apply for one position, will I be considered for others as well?

Our goal is to find the best fit for both the candidate and ServiceLink. We may consider candidates for multiple or alternate positions when appropriate.

Am I required to complete any type of pre-employment screening?

All new employees are required to complete a background check and drug screening prior to onboarding. Additionally, credit checks, employment and education verification may be required as it relates to the position. This will be discussed at the time an offer is presented and cannot be completed without your consent. ServiceLink remains in legal compliance with all client, local, federal requirements.

How do I submit my resume to ServiceLink? How long does the application process take?

On average it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the online application. You may upload your resume or LinkedIn profile to expedite the process. Resumes can be attached to your application in the following acceptable formats – DOC, DOCX, RTF, PDF, TXT, HTML. Once you have created a profile, you may use your login as a returning applicant to apply to new positions as they become available.

What happens to my resume after it is submitted?

ServiceLink Recruiting works closely with management to review each application thoroughly, to ensure a candidate’s qualifications and availability match the skill set and requirements of the position. If we determine there may be a fit, we will contact you to conduct a phone screen or face-to-face interview. Candidates who are not selected will be notified by email after the position has been filled.

How will I know if my online application was submitted successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation thanking you for your application.

How do I know if a job is still open?

Job postings are updated on a daily basis and remain on the careers website until the position has been filled with the most qualified candidates.

What if I have forgotten my username/password or my Careers profile is locked?

Using the email address associated with your profile, you may reset your password from the careers website. If you are still unable to access your account, you may contact our Recruiting Hotline for assistance at 412.776.2500.

I don’t have a computer, how can I apply for positions?

ServiceLink highly encourages all interested candidates to apply online. This can be done on most mobile devices with an internet connection including a smartphone or tablet. The application does not require sensitive information such as a social security number or date of birth so the application can be done on a public computer, such as one found at a library.
