Industry veteran Christy Stratton, director, EXOS closings scheduling & vendor management at ServiceLink, has been recognized by NEXT as an inaugural #NEXTPowerhouse Partner. This award recognizes individuals who are vendor partners to the lender community and have recognized a challenge or problem in their company or in the industry and have taken the initiative to solve for it.
Stratton is being honored by NEXT for her contributions in supporting client initiatives and the industry as a whole over the past year, which can be summarized as follows:
- Launched, staffed and now, manages, a virtual closing team tasked with onboarding and assisting lender partners in facilitating hybrid and full eClosings (RON/RIN) with EXOS Close, ServiceLink’s industry-leading closing platform - an initiative that was critically important during a time when face-to-face interactions were limited due to the pandemic. Stratton and her team also educated lenders and notaries on evolving regulations and state-to-state nuances for eClosings.
- Under Stratton's leadership, ServiceLink doubled its panel of notaries, helping to drive greater choice for lenders as they looked to scale and meet growing consumer demands for digital closing experiences.
- Stratton truly rallied around her team, ensuring they had the proper tools, flexibility and support needed to navigate working through a global pandemic.
